Our Story
LineaBlu was founded in 2017 out of frustration with the bottlenecks that traditional legal functions create even as experienced General Counsel ourselves. We knew there had to a better way for legal departments to enable, not hinder, business initiatives.
Determined to solve this, we pioneered the GCaaS model, assembled blended teams of senior legal, compliance and operations professional, all empowered by leading technology and AI. Our approach is built on the belief that legal excellence should accelerate business progress, rather than slow it down.
We have continued to refine this integrated model, expanding beyond legal to bring the same clarity, flexibility and innovation to other critical areas of an organisation. Today, our unique way of working is helping forward-thinking organisations achieve their ambitions without compromise.
